Bright Mortgage is always interested in
knowledgeable and conscientious loan officers to help grow our company.
We adhere to a high standard of client service and straight forward business
practices. We value our reputation and intend to keep it that way.
With licensing now being a requirement in Texas, loan officers can
only be sponsored and deliver loans to one lender. Loan
officers need to seek out the best organization possible to hang their
license with. Our commission structure is substantially higher for the loan officer
than the industry average. We believe that the loan officer is the person
whose efforts are responsible for business coming in the door therefore should be
respectfully rewarded for such. Income and commission wise,
rarely will the grass be any greener than it is at Bright Mortgage.

Support Personnel
No good company can operate at its maximum potential without great
support personnel to keep the machine well oiled and running at its smoothest.
Bright Mortgage has plans to expand and we'll need people to keep the momentum
going. The ideal support person can juggle answering phones and getting out
production work and managing schedules all at the same time. If this sounds
like a difficult task, believe me "it is." But there is no
better self reward than to see your personal efforts have a direct and positive impact on
a growing company's success. If you are goal oriented, self motivated, career
minded, and possess the ability to make decisions and take initiative, you may be
just the person we need. Organization and people skills are a must. This
