Welcome to our convenient On-Line Rate Lock system. As long as you have received your PRE-ASSIGNED LOCK CODE from your Bright Mortgage Loan Officer, you may use it here to make your request to secure and protect your interest rate from market movement in interest rates.

Simply fill out the Rate Lock Agreement Form form to the right with all your personal information and use your lock code to submit your request to lock a rate.

*PLEASE NOTE . . . Lock Codes are Extremely Time Sensitive and only valid for a maximum of ONE HOUR from time of issue . . . and . . . terms of lock entered on form must match terms of Lock Code EXACTLY . . . if the terms of your lock code do not match your lock request, your lock request will NOT be processed !
